Camp Forrest - 411th AQMC

 Camp Forrest

On March 27, 1944, the unit was transferred at Camp Forrest near Tulahoma, just south of Nashville, Tennessee.  It was a better place that Camp MacKall.

It is during the time spent at Camp Forrest that the 17th Airborne Division edited its first book "17th AIRBORNE DIVISION VOLUME 1". The follow 411th AQMC's photos come from this book.

The first soldier on the first row (right side) is William Edward McClendon. The second soldier on the third row (right side) is Laurence Behringer.

 The third man on the right side of the third row is Lloyd A Martin.
