Son of Jozef and Alexandra PIEKUNKA - OKOLOWICZ, Telesfor J OKOLOWICZ was born in New-York on January 29, 1925. He entered service at Rochester, New-York on April 03, 1943, received ASN 32844565 and was finally assigned to B/194th GIR.

He was killed in action on January 07, 1945. Telesfor is now permanently buried to the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery  of Rochester, Monroe County, New-York.
